IF HAIR IS NOT PREP THE CORRECT WAY A $30 PREP FEE WILL BE CHARGED ⏰ Cancellation & Rescheduling • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in deposit forfeiture and will be charged 30% of service • A new deposit will be required to rebook. 🚫 No-Call / No-Show • No-call / no-shows will forfeit their deposit and will be charged 30% • Future appointments will require a new deposit. • Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book. ⏳ Late Policy • A 10minute grace period is allowed. • After 15 minutes, $15 late fee will be applied after 20mins your appointment may be canceled • If canceled due to lateness, the deposit will be forfeited.
